Cacal Care Home is a long-standing adult residential care home (ARCH) located in Waipahu, Hawaiʻi, proudly serving the community since 1985. Services include assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support, medication assistance, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and 24-hour supervision. Residents may attend specialized educational and developmental programs at the Special Education Center of Hawaii (SECOH) or participate in adult day care services at the Hongwanji Mission. Caregivers coordinate transportation, schedules, and communication with families and program staff to ensure continuity of care and a well-rounded daily routine.

The home maintains a strong staff-to-resident ratio, with two to three trained caregivers for every five residents, providing attentive care and 24-hour supervision. Caregivers meet state licensing requirements and receive ongoing training in personal care, resident rights, emergency response, medication assistance, infection control, and specialized support needs.
